Dear guest, please, take some time to go through the policies of Sunset Serenity Resort,  Saint Martins Island, Bangladesh. These policies are made with you, environment, and local social norms in mind. As an exclusive and eco-responsible Beach Resort on st martins Bangladesh, we feel that there should not be any confusion among guests of Sunset Serenity Resort St Martins Bangladesh

General Policy

Check-in: 13:30 - 23:00 hours

Check-out: 12:00 - 13:00 hours

Minimum reservation: One night

Maximum guests per room: Four (4) including kids

Additional guests: Number of guest in addition to two (2) guests per room. Additional guests are charged extra per person per night basis in addition to the room rent.

Extra Beds: Additional beds may not be available and guests may have to share the twin beds of a room.

Minimum Rate: Same as the rate for two person per night

Reservation: All reservations are tentative. It will be automatically cancelled, if not confirmed within 36 (Thirty six) hours of reservation

Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed after making required advance payment

Payment: Full payment is recommended before arrival. No payment option with card is available on property 

Declarations: Number of guests (including kids) at the time of booking must be declared. Additional charge is applicable for additional guests. Management has the discretion to refuse service for undeclared guests   

Outside Food & Drinks: We don't encourage bringing in hard drinks and external heavy meals. Any sort of narcotics abuses are strictly prohibited on premise and may result in getting you off the property.

Beach-side Responsibilities: Don't create bonfire on the beach in the evening. Don't litter on the beach.

Responsible Tourist: Sunset Serenity is a family friendly resort and we expect our guests to respect that. Show respect to local custom. Don't play loud music at prayer times. Don't dress-up in a way that may offend local people

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy will apply in case of No-Show or Cancellation of a confirmed booking:

1. Seven (7) days (or more) prior notice: 10% of the total charge is deducted as processing fee

2. Three (3) days (between 3-6 days)prior notice: 60% of the total charge is deducted

3. Less than three days or no-show: no refunds

4. No-shows in case of natural calamities, unavoidable situation resulting in suspension of ferry service, 75% of the total charge will be refunded
